UAE E-invoicing

Businesses over AED 50 million must appoint an Accredited Service Provider by 30 October 2026 - three months before the mandate itself goes live. Daribatech is a UAE-hosted, FTA approved ASP built for exactly this deadline.

ASP Selection Deadline

From assessment to go-live

Readiness assessment

We map your invoice volumes, ERP setup, and data gaps against the FTA's data dictionary before you commit to an ASP.

Integration & Testing

Your ERP connects to Daribatech's UAE-hosted platform. Every invoice type is tested through the pilot phase before it's mandatory.

Go live

Once you're compliant, the same transaction stream feeds VAT reconciliation and audit-risk visibility - not just archived filings.

Data Control Studio

  • Data Ingestion & Readiness – Profile source data quality, mandatory coverage, and structural readiness before transmission
  • Schema Mapping & Alignment - Map ERP fields into canonical UAE invoice structures with controlled templates and confidence visibility
  • Validation & Exception - Execute check packs, classify failed records and move findings into operational review faster
  • Evidence & Traceability - Connect requirements, validations, controls, and evidence outputs into one explainable compliance view

FAQs

Is e-invoicing mandatory in the UAE?

Yes, on a phased basis. Businesses with revenue of AED 50 million or more must be live by 1 January 2027 and must appoint an Accredited Service Provider by 30 October 2026. Remaining in-scope businesses follow by 1 July 2027.

What is the ASP appointment deadline?

30 October 2026 for businesses over AED 50 million — extended from an earlier July 2026 date. This is an appointment deadline, not the go-live date.

What is PINT-AE?

The UAE's structured XML invoice format, built on the Peppol International (PINT) specification. PDFs and scanned invoices no longer qualify.

What happens if I miss the 30 October deadline?

Non-compliance penalties apply per current Ministry of Finance guidance. Beyond the penalty, ASP onboarding and ERP integration typically take three to six months.

Is Daribatech an accredited ASP?

Yes, Daribatech is a fully approved Accredited Service Provider for e-invoicing in the UAE by the Ministry of Finance.
